Guidelines & Instructions for Proposal Submission
ARNOVA’s 46th Annual Conference
Grand Rapids, MI, USA – November 16-18, 2017
Submissions open February 1, 2017
ARNOVA’s annual conference welcomes participation from researchers in all academic disciplines, and from a range of professional backgrounds – including nonprofit executives and staff, foundation staff, consultants, and policymakers. Graduate students from all backgrounds are particularly welcome.
All proposals are submitted through our on-line system. Clear instruction about what is required for the different types of presentations as well as a preparation checklist can be found in the "Submissions Guidelines" document below.
The proposal system displays a Help button on all screens throughout the submission process. If you have any problems or questions you can find answers here. This will be the quickest way to get an answer about the submission process. You can also contact our staff with your question by e-mailing email@example.com. Emails are reviewed and replied to in the order they are received. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
IMPORTANT DEADLINE NOTE: if you are submitting your proposal after 5 EST on either deadline date there will NOT be any phone or email support until the following business day. Plan ahead and submit before the deadline to avoid problems.
You do not need to be a member of ARNOVA to submit a proposal, but you must be an ARNOVA member to present and attend the conference. All accepted presenters are expected to join ARNOVA and pay the conference registration fee. Check the ARNOVA website (www.arnova.org) for current membership rates.
