Dr. Shariq Siddiqui is the Executive Director of (ARNOVA), Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action. ARNOVA is a leading international association that connects scholars, teachers, and practice leaders in research on nonprofit organizations, voluntary action, philanthropy and civil society. Shariq has a Ph.D. and MA in Philanthropic Studies from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University. He also has JD from the McKinney School of Law at Indiana University and holds a BA in History from the University of Indianapolis.

Dr. Shariq Siddiqui also serves as the visiting director and assistant professor of the Muslim Philanthropy Initiative at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University. Shariq also serves as the co-editor of the new Journal on Muslim Philanthropy and Civil Society and as the Series Editor of the Muslim Philanthropy and Civil Society Book Series published by Indiana University Press.

Shariq authors research on Muslim philanthropy and Muslim nonprofit sector. Most recently, he conducted a national survey of full-time Islamic schools in the United States. This projected resulted in the book (that he co-authored) Islamic Education in the United States and the Evolution of Muslim Nonprofit Institutions that will be published in the November 2017. He has served as a nonprofit practitioner for over twenty years for international, national, regional and local nonprofit organizations.

Holly Titus is the Associate Director of ARNOVA, Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Volunteer Action. Holly brings a wealth of experience in Higher Education and nonprofit organizations throughout the country in a diversity of roles and organizational types. Committed to a mission of impactful servant leadership, Holly draws upon her direct experience and skills in nonprofit leadership and program development, operational and organization management, educational and business development and assessment. Holly dedicates her passions for our field along with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve the members and goals for ARNOVA.

Holly holds a B.A. in Interpersonal and Public Communication from Central Michigan University, and a M. Ed. in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago. Previously, she has served at Southern Methodist University, the YMCA of the Northwoods, Ball State University, and most recently as Executive Director of a youth development nonprofit organization in the Mapleton-Fall Creek neighborhood of Indianapolis. In her personal time, Holly enjoys cycling with her daughter, volunteering with organizations that serve youth, and she enjoys fixing up and finding new homes for eccentric mid-century items.

Natalia has an Industrial Designer degree and a Jewelry Designer technical degree. She joined ARNOVA as the Executive Assistant in 2018.

Jesus joined ARNOVA after attending his first ARNOVA Conference in Austin, November 2018. He attended Florida International University where he took on a duo major – Biology and Business Administration. Jesus is currently our individual and institutional membership coordinator.

Mary Kate Myers is a contract employee who has served ARNOVA as our Meeting Manager since 2006. She is a graduate of Indiana University who came to us with extensive experience in the hospitality and event planning field. Mary Kate works for us primarily between May and November.
