Papers presented at the ARNOVA Conference in San Diego, CA from November 21-23, 2019 may be self-nominated for blind review through the form below. Session chairs will also still have the option to nominate papers through their session evaluation form at the 2019 Conference. Papers nominated by session chairs must be uploaded by January 15, 2020.


All papers will be adjudicated through blind review in the spring of 2020 and announced during the summer of 2020.


If you would like your paper to be considered for the Best Conference Paper Award please upload a copy of your paper to be presented at the ARNOVA Conference in San Diego, CA.  Any papers that have not removed all identifying information will not be considered for the award.


The award recipient may be asked to serve on the committee in the following year.
