Calling all Emerging Scholars! The Emerging Scholars Award is available to those who have had their paper accepted to present at this year's Conference. 
 

Doctoral Fellows Program 

Do you have an approved dissertation proposal? Would you like to participate in a fellowship seminar with senior scholars and fellow doctoral students to receive feedback and research advice on your dissertation? Apply for the Doctoral Fellows program.

 

Doctoral Fellows Seminar A

Designed for students who have defended or will defend a dissertation proposal before the workshop convenes.

 

Doctoral Fellows Seminar B

Designed for students who have not yet defended a dissertation proposal, and whose dissertation plans may not yet be fully formed.

Graduate Diversity Scholars and Leaders Professional Development Workshop

Are you enrolled or considering enrollment in an accredited graduate program with a focus on philanthropic, nonprofit or voluntary action studies? Please review the requirements for the Diversity Scholars and Leaders Program which includes a Professional Development Workshop during the 2019 Conference in San Diego, CA. This year's agenda is designed to provide opportunities for networking and sharing information on teaching, dissertation and research strategies, career paths, and work-life balance. 


Undergraduate Diversity Scholars Workshop 

ARNOVA is seeking applications for a new Undergraduate Diversity Scholars initiative. This program would bring ten (10) undergraduates from underrepresented groups to the annual conference to attend a workshop on paths to higher education, ideally in the field of nonprofit, philanthropic, and voluntary action studies.
