Teaching Section News

Teaching Section (TS) Events organized at the 2016 Conference:

1. Drs. Renee Irvin, Heather Carpenter, and Rick Hoefer conducted the Pre-Conference workshop “Big Data, Small Data, No Data.” The materials will be posted online soon.


2. The TS Colloquium “Teaching Students to Use Data in the Nonprofit Sector,” featuring Dr. Lester Salamon was very informative and well attended.

Outgoing officers - Kelly Krawczyk, Auburn University & Hee Soun Jang, University of North Texas

The TS will be funding 3 research grants in 2017. Details coming soon.
