Early Scholars Section News

1. NOMINATIONS OPEN FOR ESS VICE-CHAIR, TREASURER, AND 2 MEMBERS-AT-LARGE. You may be nominated or nominate yourself. (If you are nominated, I will contact you to confirm if you desire to run.) I had scheduled to close nominations September 30th!!! ESS has done much this year and WE NEED YOU to continue to do great things for early and emerging scholars.

2. PUBLISHING SURVEY - We have received 7 responses so far. We really would like greater input. We are asking for detailed responses, which takes time. We understand time is valuable. However, we would like to give a solid, sound, representative set of findings to the ARNOVA Publications Committee. Section members can find the survey in the section homepage under "Recent Blog Activity."

3. ESS WEBINAR: HOW TO ACHIEVE WORK/LIFE BALANCE is coming up next week! This webinar is geared to emerging academics and practitioners! Dr. Jennifer Wade-Berg is an Associate Professor at Kennesaw State University. Aliza Sherman is a consultant to businesses and nonprofits. There is something for everyone determining their professional path. Register to attend here:
