Interim Executive Director

Katha Kissman has a track record of success serving as an interim leader, organizational development consultant, and senior governance consultant with BoardSource. Previous leadership roles held by Ms. Kissman include serving as LEADERSHIP AMERICA's leader of leaders - first as LEADERSHIP AMERICA's Executive Director in 1996 and 1997 and then again as its President & CEO in 2000 and 2001. Ms. Kissman held two contracts overseas, the first in the United Arab Emirates where she helped to establish the Continuing Education Center of the new American University of Sharjah (1998-99). She served in the same role at the American University of Kuwait (2004). Other leadership roles held have included: director, training & organizational development, Volunteers of America National Headquarters; managing director of the Helen Hayes Award-winning Round House Theatre; assistant managing director for Living Stage; and sales manager for Nadra K Real Estate. Ms. Kissman currently serves or has served with the Office Depot Business Women's Council, Berrien Community Foundation, IONA Senior Services, the African Continuum Theatre Company, Leadership Montgomery, the Berrien County Economic Development Commission, the Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce, the Maryland State Arts Council, the Cultural Alliance of Greater Washington, Greentree Shelter for Women, NOW, and Hexagon.

Coordinator of Member Services

Rosalind Conners joined ARNOVA in the fall of 2011 as Member Services Coordinator. Previous to joining our staff, Rosalind worked for 8 years at The Fund Raising School at the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University as Administrative Assistant and Contract Programs Coordinator. Rosalind earned her B.A in Business Management and Human Resources from Marian University.

Meeting Manager

Mary Kate Myers is a contract employee who has served ARNOVA as our Meeting Manager since 2006. She is a graduate of Indiana University who came to us with extensive experience in the hospitality and event planning field. Mary Kate works for us primarily between May and November.

Accountant

Sandra Ray is a certified public accountant who is also a contract employee. She has been with ARNOVA for ten years. As a rule she works one day a week.
