The Diversity Scholars and Leaders Professional Development Program focuses on helping emerging scholars from underrepresented groups prepare to enter the field of nonprofit, philanthropic, and voluntary action studies. The program includes a Professional Development Workshop (PDW) to be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 as a pre-session of the ARNOVA Annual Conference in Denver, CO.

Conference themes have traditionally been selected by the Conference Co-Chairs in consultation with board leaders and the executive director. We would like to provide for greater input from members when selecting the ARNOVA Conference theme and intend to announce the theme and Call for Proposals at the prior year conference.
Please review the Guidelines for Theme Suggestions. All suggestions must be submitted through the online form found on our homepage titled "Call for Themes".
