ARNOVA Conference attendees is $169, single or double occupancy. All 759 guestrooms includevoice mail,clock radio, hair dryer, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, cable TV,complimentary full-service health club, data ports, Wireless High Speed Internet Access (charge), room service and Video Check-Out. The hotel features The Terrace, The LobbyBar, and Phillips Seafood Restaurant for dining options.
Make your reservation securely online by logging on to the ARNOVA website, www.arnova.org, and clicking on the button "Make Your Conference Hotel Reservation." Or, call 1-800-843-6664 (U.S. calls). Reservations must be made by Oct. 27 to assure the conference rate. All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee or one night’s deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival. Name changes to room reservation may be made up to the arrival date at no charge. Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 12 p.m.

Train:

Metroliner service from Baltimore (1 hour); New

connections to points east and west.
• ACELA is Amtrak’s new ultramodern high-speed train with service between Philadelphia, Boston, New York and Washington, D.C.
Airport Information:

Car Rental:
All major car rental agencies are located at the airport. To pick-up your vehicle from the Airport, please proceed to Zone 2 outside the baggage claim area.
Driving Directions to hotel:
Go north on Philadelphia Airport Rd. Merge onto PA-291/Penrose Ave. Turn left onto PA-291/S 26th Street. Stay straight go onto I-76 W/Schuylkill Expy W. Take 30th Street exit. Turn right on Chestnut Street. Turn left on S. 22nd Street. Turn right on Market Street. Turn right on S. 17th Street.
Taxi:
Taxi services can be picked up at Zone 5. All Taxi rates are based per trip not per person. Most taxis can accommodate up to 3 passengers. In some cases certain vehicle types can accommodate 4 passengers. $28.50 Flat Rate from the Airport to the Central Philadelphia Area.
Sedan, Limousine Services and Shared Ride Van:
Sedan and Limousine services can be picked up at Zone 6 and Shared ride van services can be picked up at Zone 7.
SEPTA:
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is the provider of public transportation in Philadelphia and the Philadelphia area. SEPTA provides numerous bus routes throughout the city, the Market-Frankford line, which serves Northeast Philadelphia, Center City, 30th Street Train Station, and West Philadelphia, the Broad Street line, which runs down Broad street from the Fern Rock Transportation center to the sports complex.
